Light travels 300,000 km/s (3E8 m/s)....<b>Picosecond?</b><br /><br />Light travels 300,000 km/s (3E8 m/s). A picosecond is one-trillionth of a second (1E-12 s). So in 1 picosecond, light travels only 0.3 mm (3E8 m/s x 1E-12 s = 3E-4 m). Can one really measure this?!
